EAI-South has been providing specialty contracting and vapor intrusion mitigation services up and down the Eastern seaboard. We have offices in Jersey City, New Jersey and Fernandina Beach, Florida, and we handle everything from a quick site assessment to a multi-state remediation program.
What We Do
Vapor Barriers and Liners
We install Liquid Boot, reinforced geomembranes, and gas vapor mitigation systems that keep soil gas where it belongs. Outside. All our vapor barrier work meets ASTM E1745 standards and comes with solid QA documentation.
Waterproofing
Basements, plaza decks, green roofs, retaining walls. We work with bentonite, fluid-applied membranes, sheet membranes, and cementitious systems. New construction or retrofit, we make it watertight.
Vapor Intrusion Mitigation
Sub-slab depressurization (SSD), soil gas monitoring networks, methane mitigation. We design systems that follow USEPA, NJDEP, and FDEP guidelines and actually work in the field.
Industrial and Environmental
Phase II site assessments, soil vapor testing, industrial gas vapor barriers, specialty coatings for treatment plants and industrial facilities. If it involves vapor or water, we probably do it.
