Venting & Monitoring Systems
EAI, Inc. is a certified installer of CETCO’s Geovent™. This is a sophisticated, low-profile, trenchless vapor collection and venting system that can be tailored to function as active or passive. It offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional piping such as PVC Sch. 40, PVC Sch. 80, and galvanized steel.
With more openings per foot of pipe and built-in filter fabric, Geovent™ supports handling higher gas flux rates than traditional trenched installations.
When paired together, Liquid Boot® and Geovent™ offers enhanced protection and reduces the risk issues like explosions or structural damage.
Traditional Venting
If Geovent™ is too standardized for the conditions of your project, and a higher level of customization is needed to maintain an efficient system, EAI, Inc. still can provide traditional sub-slab pipe venting installation.
System Monitoring
EAI, Inc. offers installation of both single point local sampling and multipoint remote sampling monitoring depending on the requirements of your project. Because there is little uniformity in the design of monitoring systems from one project to another, our team chooses products and configurations based on: case site conditions, contaminants of concern, and local government regulations that are involved in each project.
For more challenging conditions or sites that require, EAI, Inc. can quote and install blowers to provide adequate vapor suction.
