Costco chose to open a location at the Shops at Stonefield in Charlottesville, Va. The 1 million square foot open air retail center has become the hub of the community by integrating open green space, plazas and walkable, curated streets of retail and amenities. EAI was hired by Whiting-Turner Contracting Company for the installation of stone placement, Liquid Boot Vapor Barrier and Venting System for the new construction of Costco.
