EAI provided the installation of the FLUTe well connection which hooks up the existing monitoring wells on site utilizing HDPE pipes, brought through to the exterior of the building and connected to a central monitoring location. EAI also installed the sub-slab pipe and Geovent venting systems, in addition to the installation of the Liquid Boot vapor barrier over 165,000 square feet of the building footprint. EAI also installed the monitoring layer that was placed right before the concrete slab, and connected to exterior ports that allow remote monitoring through exterior vaults, even while the store is open.
